| Dear Pay Per Install Affiliates: Pay Per Install is transitioning to a private invite only affiliate network on July 13th, 2011. After careful consideration, we have decided to refocus our network on a limited number of affiliate programs and affiliates. Our new structure will allow us to dedicate more energy, time and resources towards supporting our high volume affiliates, and driving quality traffic to a limited number of advertising partners. If you are an experienced affiliate marketer who can produce large amounts of traffic and sales, please contact your account manager for more information about joining our new VIP network. We will remove all existing affiliate accounts and affiliate offers from our system on July 13th, 2011. After July 13th, no additional affiliate earnings will be processed on any existing Pay Per Install offers. The final payment for the payment period ending on July 13th will be processed on September 15th, 2011.
